Radr Reviews Guidelines

Last updated: October 2026

Radr Reviews are traveller reviews of Canadian travel brands. These are the rules that keep them honest, fair and safe to publish.

1.Who can write a review

Anyone with a free TripRadr account can review a travel brand they booked with, tried to book with or contacted. You can leave one review per brand. You can edit it later. Reviews describe your own experience with the provider, not a resort, an airline or the weather.

2.How moderation works

Every review is checked by a moderator before it is published. We never publish or reject a review because it is positive or negative. Legitimate negative experiences stay eligible for publication. A moderator may reject or remove a review that:

  • is spam, advertising or a duplicate;
  • looks fraudulent, for example written by someone connected to the brand or a competitor, or paid for;
  • contains threats, harassment or abuse;
  • contains personal information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, card or passport numbers;
  • is not about the provider it is posted under; or
  • makes a factual allegation that needs explaining. In that case the moderator asks you a question first and holds the review until you answer.

Every moderation action is recorded with who did it and when.

3.What the labels mean

Each review shows what TripRadr can confirm about it. A label describes the evidence, not whether the review is right.

  • Unverified experience: No booking evidence or TripRadr click-out is on file for this review.
  • TripRadr click-out: The reviewer clicked through from TripRadr to this provider while signed in. This does not prove they booked.
  • Verification pending: The reviewer submitted booking evidence that TripRadr has not reviewed yet.
  • Verified booking: TripRadr reviewed booking evidence from the reviewer, or a reliable provider integration confirmed the booking.

A click-out is never promoted to a verified booking automatically. Only a moderator who has reviewed evidence, or a reliable provider integration, can set a review to verified, and the reason is recorded.

4.Booking evidence

You can attach a booking confirmation or receipt (PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP) when you write a review. Cover or remove card numbers, passport numbers and other ID numbers first. Evidence is stored privately, is visible only to TripRadr moderators, and is never shown on the website.

5.Editing your review

You can edit your review from My Reviews. If you change the rating or the text, the review is taken off the public page and goes back to moderation. Other changes, such as the travel date, apply straight away.

6.Reporting a review

If a published review breaks these guidelines, use the Report button on the review. You need to be signed in, and you can report each review once. A report does not remove the review: a moderator looks at it and either closes the report or takes the review down.

7.Travel brands and responses

Travel brands cannot buy, edit or remove reviews. A brand that disagrees with a review can ask TripRadr to add a public response. Responses are published by TripRadr on the provider's behalf, are labelled as a provider response with the date, are linked to the review they answer and never change the traveller's rating. TripRadr does not accept a response from someone who cannot show they speak for the brand.

8.Independence

TripRadr compares prices and does not sell trips. Radr Reviews are independent of the brands they describe, and TripRadr is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. Ratings are averages of published reviews. A brand with no published reviews shows no rating.
