How Radr Reviews work

Radr Reviews are traveller reviews of Canadian travel agencies and tour operators, published by TripRadr after moderation. Moderators check for spam, fraud and personal information, never for whether a review is positive or negative. Each review is labelled as a verified booking, a TripRadr click-out or an unverified experience, so you can see what backs it up.

What is Radr Reviews?

Radr Reviews is TripRadr's independent review section for Canadian travel brands. Travellers who have booked, or tried to book, with a travel agency or tour operator can rate and describe the experience, and every review is moderated before it is published.

Are the reviews real?

Reviews come from signed-in TripRadr members and are moderated for spam, duplicates, fraud, threats and personal information. Each review is labelled by what TripRadr can confirm: a verified booking, a TripRadr click-out (which does not prove a booking) or an unverified experience.

Do travel brands pay to be listed or to change their reviews?

No. Brands cannot buy, remove or edit reviews. A brand can have a public response added to a review, which is labelled as the provider's response and never changes the traveller's rating.

Why does a brand show no rating?

TripRadr shows a rating only when published reviews back it up. A brand with no published reviews shows "No traveller reviews yet" rather than an estimate.

Does TripRadr sell trips?

No. TripRadr compares vacation package prices and sends you to the travel site you choose, where you book and pay.
