Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

TripRadr compares vacation-package prices from other travel sites. We do not sell or book trips, and the prices we show are a guide that can change at any time. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Draft for legal review. This text is a plain-language starting point and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It will be reviewed before TripRadr launches.

1.Acceptance of terms

By visiting or using TripRadr you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2.What TripRadr is, and is not

TripRadr is an independent comparison and information website, similar to a price-comparison or travel-review site. We show vacation-package prices gathered from other travel sites so you can compare them in one place.

We do not sell, book or arrange travel. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, airline or hotel, we do not take payments, and we are not a party to any booking you make.

3.Prices and availability

Prices, availability and package details are gathered from other sites and are a guide only. They can be out of date, incomplete or different by the time you book. Room types are not matched between sites, and taxes, fees and baggage charges may differ.

We do not guarantee that any price shown is correct, available or the lowest on the market, and we do not cover every travel site. Always confirm the final price and what is included on the travel site before you pay.

4.Booking on third-party sites

When you choose a price you are sent to a third-party travel site. Your booking, payment, cancellation, insurance and any dispute are between you and that site, under its own terms and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the content, prices, services or conduct of other sites. Sites are treated alike in our comparison; if a placement is ever paid or featured, we will label it clearly.

5.Your account

Anyone can search. A free account is needed to see the price comparison. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us if you think your account has been used without your permission.

We may apply usage limits to searches and may suspend accounts that break these terms.

6.Acceptable use

  • Do not use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect data from the site.
  • Do not try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to resell our comparison data.

7.Our content and links

The TripRadr name, logo, design and original text belong to us. Provider names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. You are welcome to link to the site and to share comparison links you create.

8.Limits on our responsibility

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions made using the prices shown, including a booking made on another site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. [To confirm before launch: governing law and venue.]

10.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
